Where do I watch livestreams?
Watch livestreams on FANS.live with your FANS account for access to all upcoming and on-demand shows.
How do I watch livestreams?
To access livestreams, create an account with the same email address used to purchase your tickets. Once your FANS account is created, you will have access to the livestream at the scheduled time of the event. If you have not created your FANS account yet, you can do so here.
Can I watch a livestream after the live show has ended?
Many of our livestreams will become available to watch on-demand after the live show has ended. However, it is at the artist’s discretion if they want to offer on-demand replay. For information on replay expiration dates and times, please check the event details.
My account doesn’t show the livesteam I purchased anymore, where did it go?
If the livestream you purchased is no longer available in your FANS account, the on-demand time period has expired.
Can I purchase a ticket for a previous livestream?
If the livestream is still available to watch on-demand, you can purchase a ticket and watch the show. For information on replay expiration dates and times, please check the event details.
How do I watch a livestream on my TV?
If you have Airplay or Samsung Smart View, you can cast the livestream directly onto your TV. If you have Roku, you can download the Roku Mirror app and use their browser feature to go to FANS.live. From there, you will log in to your FANS account as you normally would for access to the livestream. Even if you don’t have a smart TV, you can use a third-party platform like Chromecast to cast your computer screen onto your TV.
Are my tickets for the in-person show?
FANS is an immersive livestreaming music platform that offers the ability to stream your favorite shows in real-time, wherever you are. FANS tickets are only valid for livestreams. If you’re looking for in-person tickets to a particular show, check out the artists’ website for more information.
Where is my ticket?
Your ticket is your order confirmation email. This email includes a link to your FANS account where you can access your tickets and upcoming livestreams. If you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Can I gift a friend a stream or transfer my purchase?
If you’d like to gift a livestream, please reach out to hello@fans.live and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Where is my merch?
Merch orders are fulfilled by the band. If you have an issue with your order, please email hello@fans.live with your order number and we will redirect you to the artist’s team who will be able to help you.
I need to change my address for a placed order.

How do I unsubscribe from FANS?
To unsubscribe from our newsletter, click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email or reach out to hello@fans.live to be removed from our distribution list.
